I’m stil struggling with my ADHD issues that cause an inability to focus for more than 10 mins or empty my brain of all the unwanted distractions that enter without invite. My brain is like the doors opening on the first day of a Harvey Nicks sale ok Primark is more accurate! However Audio books have allowed me to wallow in a different life to be found hidden inside wondrous enticing covers. Thank you for helping narrow down my choices.
